Another plot convenience I noticed. The soldier who regretted not being able to save his king & A2 was right beside him YET neither anime want you to remember that A2 killed his king nor that soldier has any problem with her now? lol
They really just wanted to make A2 all good.

My thoughts on A2’s personality: I really like the fact that A2 has both 2B and 9S's traits. I don't have to say which trait of hers is whose bc you can tell just with me saying it. Originally, she had a cheerful and friendly personality but was also introverted and wasn't really confident. She was obedient and had a high level of trust in the Command at first. She appreciates ppl and anything around her. She could be too serious at times when it came to her work, mission, or protecting her comrades (family). She also had an empathetic nature. The old A2 (Freesia) preferred peaceful solutions over fighting or brutality.

After she got traumatised and lost everything, her personality changed. The original A2 always saw the good in others. She was understanding and trustful, but after the traumatising event of the Pearl Harbor Descent and the betrayal, A2 had become more wary and doubtful of others. After that, she couldn't trust anything and kept fighting both machines and YoRHa androids with no one by her side. She hated both machines and YoRHa since both sides caused the deaths of all her beloved ones. She even attacked non-hostile and defenseless machines by convincing herself they're all enemies.

Even so, she's not that blinded by hatred and revenge that she couldn't judge others properly or couldn't control her emotions. She's still a softie inside, and the kind, gentle, and sweet part inside her had never really gone. Once she saw how harmless Pascal and the other machines were, she decided they didn't need to be destroyed, but covered it up by giving a dismissive or cold response. That one kinda reminds me of 2B bc every time she's being or doing something kind, she always tries to act dismissive and cold. Love those sisters <3. Although, she didn't try to be nice like the old her and could actually reject other people's requests. If it's something she doesn't need to do, she simply doesn't want to (unless it's something that would make her feel guilty to ignore).

But I noticed some fans make her out to be the baddie type who's rough and aggressive all the time. I actually don't really see her like that. She really is a baddie, but she's actually more gentle in my eyes. Just like 2B, she's actually aloof and passive, and that's how I always see her. She can be defensive and aggressive when being provoked, in danger, or my favourite, when she gets embarrassed. Oh, and when she's forced to do something she doesn't want to do. She's also the "I don't have time for bullshit" type 😂 but if you don't disturb her, she'd just be an aloof and passive, cool person with a sharp tongue and a big heart (putting aside the fact that she always fought everyone bc the whole world WAS like her enemy). Ppl around her seemed to enjoy teasing her and pissing her off in the main story, so I couldn't blame her for always getting irritated almost all the time (－_－).
