@INDmoneyApp sucks. My account just got disappeared and nobody has a clue. Support channel is eye wash. Just auto-reply with ticket number and no communication for more than 36hours now. OUR INVESTMENT DETAILS ARE NOT SAFE WITH INDMONEY.

@ICICIBank_Cera JNTU branch visit on 13-Jan-2023 was pathetic. It takes ages to give a simple form. Front desk exec says she is busy filling tax forms. Does that mean folks visiting branch are less important? This so called dedicated relationship manager is all just eye wash.

I raised complaint and was promised resolution by 16-July. I should have asked for which year or decade or century was @icicibank planning to target for resolution :-(
