You played Mbeumo as a #9 in pre-season and it worked out fine. You played Cunha in that #9 position and he was ass against AC Milan.
Season start you carry the same Cunha go there ๐๐

Itโs not really on Dorgu, itโs on the coach. Against a team where Man United are expected to counter and have space to attack, Dorgu at left wing can make sense because his pace and power become useful. But against a low block, itโs a no-brainer that heโs going to struggle.
Youโre asking a player who is naturally a wing-back/ Left back to consistently create in tight spaces, beat a set defence and provide that final bit of quality. Thatโs not really his game. The bigger issue is the setup, if you already know the opposition is going to sit deep, you need a natural winger who can receive between the lines, combine and actually threaten the full-back.
Dorgu can still be useful in this team, but putting him in a role that doesnโt maximise his strengths and then blaming him when the attack looks blunt is missing the point. The coach has to put players in situations where they can succeed.
