This month, Voice4Change England will be facilitating a workshop at the second annual Northern Race Equality Conference.
The Race Equality Network and the Ella Baker School of Organising are bringing together activists, advocates, grassroots and national organisations, lawyers, researchers, and academics committed to building a better society, where racial justice is the norm.
The day promises to be interactive, educational, and welcoming - creating a collective opportunity for us all to learn to become more effective champions of equal rights and justice.

Our Deputy Director, Dr Sharmin Shajahan @ShajahanSharmin, spoke at Anglia Ruskin Universityโs Bangla Society Networking and Leadership Forum on 21 May 2026. She discussed advancing racial equity through communityโcentred approaches and lived experience leadership.
Her talk, โChanging the System from Within: Breaking Barriers, Lived Experience and Leadership in the Voluntary Sector,โ highlighted the power of representation and systemic change.
