How do I get a refund @RoyalMail? You've charged me an "item underpaid" fee for an item which is well within limits and absolutely not underpaid! I've had this confirmd by a post office and I have photos, but they say you have to refund it as they can't. @RoyalMailHelp

@HSBC_UK every time I launch the mobile app and log in, I get an 'incomplete activation' error and am never asked for my validation code. If I say 'continue' with the previous activation (my only option), I get a service unavailable error. Any idea what's going on?

@HSBC_UK If I cancel activation on the computer, and try to log in on the app, the app says I need to start activation from online banking...so I start it from the computer again, get the validation code, log in to app, and it does the same, after I put in password 'incomplete activation'

@HSBC_UK Hi Avril, how do I activate it? I see the code on computer but app never asks me for it. Have tried reinstalling app and cancelling and restarting secure key from website. Every time the app asks for my username, answer to question, password and then says 'incomplete activation'

@Ginger_Tornado I don't believe this is just a man thing. I ran up to a group of women on the park taking up the whole path. Went towards the woman looking at me, figuring she'd step aside. Nope. She expected me to run into tree or stop. I ran into her, unintentionally but too late to stop!
