@snapchatsupport I cannot download my data. Every time I make a request, I never get an email. Ive made multiple support requests, each time telling me that my account is locked and can no longer assist with the issue. Please help! your support is shambolic! I have a legal right!

@snapchatsupport Not to mention the fact that it has been 'reviewed' for 2 months, telling me to 'login to see decision', yet when I log in it tells me that instead of actually re instating my account. You have disappointed me thoroughly- your customer service shambolic.
