With this additional context, Shakira Wafula is wrong for failing to respect due process. The party clearly acted in good faith, and it appears Wafula did not want the accused to have their due process rights. We are a country governed by the rule of law. The candidate is a former head of the Judiciary. We expect due process.

Right now, she can choose to seek justice if the sexual harassment happened or apologise.
