I am black American and so I know my ancestors are African. My third time here I go amongst the people when I see the dirt roads the substandard housing. Who is at fault? Africans or Europeans. Who has the purse strings

I caught the taxi to the mall today in Accra Ghana Africa but I rode two buses home the bus (tro tro) is much cheaper but the ride is very hot and uncomfortable. It may be safer on (tro tro) cause its many people. Four to a row like sardines. Most buses look like mini vans

Today I took a taxi to Accra mall it was 30 Ghana cedes to go there part of the mall you could not walk through. I was told the air conditioning dropped out the ceiling
