The partnership between them was very successful and there was plenty of life left there. @CallawayGolf is just deflecting blame and throwing a good group under the bus.

@wolfpacker74 Many someones at Callaway watched the ad. It was originally posted on both Good Good and Callaway socials. The ad had to be approved by several people AT Callaway before it even made it to the posting stage. That just proves that the ad wasn't as bad as people are making it to be

This whole cancel decision and the backlash has been way too much. @goodgood_golf will be fine and they still have tons of supporters.

Yes he put some blame on the marketing team, but he also shouldered a lot of the blame and stated multiple times that it was clearly a bad idea that should have never happened.
