The best traders dont gamble they wait. You dont find your edge; you build it through repetition. Keep your head clear and your thesis cleaner.

The fundamental issue is that half of all publicly-traded shares are controlled by passive index funds who, for the most part, outsource their shareholder vote to the advisory firms of ISS and Glass Lewis.

ISS and Glass Lewis have no actual ownership themselves and often vote along random political lines unrelated to shareholder interests! This is a major problem that is not just limited to Tesla.

For example, they recommend voting against re-electing one of our excellent longstanding directors, Ira Ehrenpreis, for “insufficient gender diversity”, but, at the same time, also recommend voting against re-electing Kathleen Wilson-Thompson!

To get the most reach on 𝕏 with Grok, just imagine that you’re texting a smart human who you’ve never met.

If someone were to text you a link with nothing else to go on, you’re probably not going to think “wow, I should immediately forward this to everyone I know!” 🤦‍♂️

I recently sat down with three leaders who are part of the @ObamaFoundation's alumni network to hear more about their work to strengthen democracy in Hungary and Poland. They’re an example for us all. Take a look: https://t.co/6HToVZ835M

On Loknayak JP’s birth anniversary, a rare glimpse from the archives…

Here are pages from his book, Prison Diary, written during the Emergency.

During the Emergency, Loknayak JP spent several days in solitary confinement. His Prison Diary captures his anguish and unbroken faith in democracy.

“Every nail driven into the coffin of Indian democracy is like a nail driven into my heart”, he wrote.
