If my flight is cancelled at airport..nd alternative flight is of next day then passenger is liable for full refund. You are misguiding this.

@MoCA_GoI @airsewa_MoCA @flyspicejet Our family’s Delhi–Pune flight was cancelled at airport. Though we were given an alternate flight, SpiceJet has failed to pay compensation as mandated by MoCA Passenger Charter (₹10,000 per passenger). After months of follow‑ups, no response. Pls help.

@flyspicejet @flyspicejet I have shared the details via private message.i hope I get some resolution from you and compensation too.. your customer support is very bad. You don't provide option to connect with senior manager who can provide any answers..every time a new case is created.

@Airtel_Presence I need to update my address on the postpaid connection. Airtel Thanx app not working. Dialing 121 is also invalid number. Could you please let you know how can I do this?
