@ManeeManjunath I studied in an ICSE school in Bangalore in the 90s, when 90% was a huge deal and centums were rare. Now 95%+ in ICSE seems almost commonplace. Makes me feel the ICSE syllabus and school quality have been diluted over time, rather than kids suddenly becoming superhuman.
@rishav_sharma1 Worse, I got scammed recently by local touts posing as priests, unsolicited puja/tilak, then aggressive demands for huge 'donations/bhog' in the name of God and family blessings. Guilt-tripping at its peak.
Real devotion feels missing when faith is turned into a business.
Other IPL franchise should learn from what RCB are building.
They have on outstanding content direction+they release BTS of auction planning videos+they do alot of fan videos at RCB bar & cafe+ they make sure they involve the fan base
The second part is Danish Sait - he is among the best & shows you don't need cringe content to sell.
Good Quality content will be respected more.
But fairs - @RCBTweets are doing very well with their content game ๐ฏ

This is not โagingโ.
This is metabolic collapse that starts in the 30s.
Why do many Indian men develop a large belly after 35?
Because the modern lifestyle is perfectly designed to create visceral fat.
Here is the mechanism most people miss:
1) Carb-heavy diet since childhood
Breakfast: poha/upma/bread
Lunch: rice or roti
Snacks: biscuits/namkeen
Dinner: rice/roti again
This keeps insulin elevated all day, pushing calories into abdominal fat storage.
2) Protein deficiency
Most Indian diets provide only ~30โ40g protein/day when the body needs ~70โ100g.
Result โ muscle loss + slower metabolism.
3) Muscle loss after 30 (sarcopenia)
Without strength training, men lose muscle every decade.
Less muscle = lower metabolic rate.
4) Sedentary work
10โ12 hours sitting + very little daily movement.
5) Chronic Vitamin D & B12 deficiency
Extremely common in India and linked with fatigue, insulin resistance and weight gain.
6) Sleep deprivation & stress
Raises cortisol โ promotes central fat accumulation.
7) Alcohol + late night eating
Extra calories when metabolism is lowest.
The result is the typical pattern:
โข Thin arms
โข Thin legs
โข Large abdominal fat
This fat is not cosmetic.
It is visceral fat, strongly associated with:
โข Type 2 diabetes
โข Fatty liver
โข High triglycerides
โข Heart disease
But the good news:
This is not inevitable with age.
It is largely preventable with 5 changes:
โข Increase protein intake
โข Reduce refined carbs and ultra-processed foods
โข Lift weights or do resistance training
โข Walk daily (8โ10k steps)
โข Maintain good sleep
If people understood this early, the epidemic of metabolic disease in India would drop dramatically.
Save this. Share it with someone who is entering their 30s.
Sitting in India right now, watching the world burn in real time. US & Israel striking Iran. Iran retaliating across the Gulf. Russia-Ukraine still raging. Pakistan-Afghanistan tensions simmering.
Missiles flying over Tehran, Bahrain, Abu Dhabi, Qatar.
And here I am, safe at home on a Saturday evening, in a democratic, peaceful country, worrying about none of this at my doorstep.
We don't say this enough - we are incredibly lucky. Not perfect, not without problems. But at peace. That's not a small thing in 2026.
