Great tip for my green tomatoes

The last two 'Heart of Italy' tomatoes are ripe and one has already been used for meaty tomato and @DukesMayonnaise sandwiches.
I'll harvest all the remaining tomatoes the day before frost is predicted and put them in bags with an apple produces ethylene gas to help them ripen.
