@bradley_kee I was told to shift to the government if I’m not happy with the conditions I work in. It’s really too bad this pandemic hasn’t shone a harder light on the healthcare system. I don’t even have coverage for mental health help !!! Yet government workers do???

@bradley_kee Yet I HAVE to show up to work or won’t get paid. I have to pay my 500$ license but a gouvernent worker gets 500$ or more for a desk or chair to work from home. LIFE IS GOOD. IM NOT COMPLAINING. IM HAPPY. I SWEAR.

I got half of the gouvernements bonus that is given to full time nurses working during the pandemic because my clinic was closed the Monday of thanksgiving... was told i should have requested to work other areas to be entitled.... I CANT EVEN DEAL ANYMORE.

I was being dramatic when I said I didn’t wanna be a nurse anymore. I love what I do, my patients know it too, this hospital just drives me insane. The stuff the managers are getting away with right now is wild. I am grateful for my team 💗

The consequences this single mother was faced : a fine of 1000$ , a lost paid sick day (which is already only 9) or loosing an entire year of seniority.. with 12 hours notice??? And it’s her responsibility to figure this out in a pandemic ?????? F*ck being a nurse right now.

The hospital is such shit right now. They’re forcing people to work on their days off, float from departments and are being threatened if they don’t come in? Tell me how it’s logical to call a single mother at 19h on a sat and state “you need to come work tomorrow at 7, or else”
