@hoshiipiee Depends on your cw. Mine is pretty high. I eat around 500-900 and it's so far almost -7kg in 6 weeks. I walk and do workouts 3 times a week. -1kg in a week seems about right in hight deficit. Keep in mind water weight tho, fluctuations are normal. And stay safe 🫂
@sianais_ I'm already restricting 500-800 but only lost 2 kg in 20 days (with 2 cheat days to be fair but still). It's so annoying i can't. I should just fast few days a week🙄

@neocollector They shouldn't. Breasts are just gland and fat. So if your body fat % stays somewhat low that shouldn't be an issue when gaining muscle. I believe somewhere between 15-21%, looks damn lean (leave less than 14 for bodybuilders). But it really depends on your body and how it works
