ℹ️ #Telangana Waqf Board receives nothing more than a pittance as a statutory waqf fund contribution from the prime properties under the Mumtaz Yawar-ud-Dowla Wakf (MYDW) Trust, which operates educational institutions and rents out properties at prime locations like Lakdikapul.
🔻Board is being paid only Rs.2 lakh (7% share) as a contribution from the MYDW Trust each year, which is paltry when compared to the commercial nature of the properties.
🔻Questions are being raised if the trust is collecting less than Rs.30 lakhs per annum from the properties it is managing in different locations, some of which are located in the heart of the city.

#Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy directed officials to continue #Intermediate admissions as usual in the New academic year 2026-27.
* The Chief Minister reviewed the proposal to merge Intermediate education with the School Education Department.
* He said the merger decision would be taken only after extensive consultations with stakeholders and discussions in the Legislative Assembly.
* The CM instructed officials to immediately begin the admission process to avoid inconvenience to students.
* He noted that there is very little time left for admissions and several technical issues are involved in the proposed merger.
* The Telangana Education Commission recommended replacing the Intermediate system with Classes 11 and 12 on the #CBSE model.
* The Commission stated that such a system could significantly reduce student dropouts.
* Most states and CBSE already follow the Class 11 and 12 system, while Telangana still has a separate Intermediate structure.
* Many students studying in government schools up to Class 10 are reportedly not joining separate Intermediate colleges and are discontinuing their education.
* Earlier, CM Revanth Reddy had advised officials to explore continuing Intermediate education as Classes 11 and 12 instead of a separate system.
* The Telangana Education Commission also supported this recommendation in its report.
* Recent announcements by officials about halting Intermediate admissions created concern among students and parents.
* Following this, the Chief Minister held discussions with MP Vem Narender Reddy, Chief Secretary Ramakrishna Rao, Principal Secretary Sheshadri, Special Secretary Ajit Reddy, Secretary Manicka Raj, and Education Commissioner Yogita Rana.
* The government decided to temporarily defer the merger process as several technical aspects require detailed study.
* The CM directed officials to hold wide-ranging consultations with all stakeholders regarding the merger.
* He also instructed the committee formed to draft the Telangana Education Policy to study the issue and submit a report.
* CM Revanth Reddy clarified that a final decision would be taken only after discussions in the Legislative Assembly.
#TG CM Revanth has directed officials to continue Intermediate admissions as usual for the current academic year, citing limited time for admissions and several technical challenges involved in merging the Intermediate system with school education.

I have a co-worker who never announces anything. You don’t know she applied for a promotion until she’s already in the new office. You don’t realize she bought her own place until she casually mentions “heading home to finish painting.” She doesn’t post milestones. Doesn’t crowdsource opinions. Doesn’t invite commentary.
I used to think she was secretive. That success was supposed to be shared loudly. That excitement needed an audience.
Now I see it differently.
She moves with intention. Quiet. Focused. Certain. Her plans are protected while they’re still fragile. Her joy isn’t diluted by outside noise. She lets things grow roots before she shows the world the bloom.
It isn’t secrecy. It’s discernment. It’s peace. It’s self-trust.
Sometimes the strongest people are the ones who build their lives softly, without applause, and let their results speak when they’re ready.
