We hosted engineering A-level students from all over the South West in a schools outreach visit. The students experienced being on a train and a boat via our moving floor, explored underneath the platform and took part in three group tasks using the sensors and force plates.

Our Senior Experimental Officer James and Experimental Officer Garry were at @NIRx_NIRS in Berlin, learning how to use wearable device NIRSport 2, which uses Functional Near-Infrared Spectroscopy for brain imaging. This will be used for research at our @UniofExeter facility

For #ParkinsonsAwarenessWeek we're honouring the work of @ExeterMed and @ExeterSHS researchers, who are using @v_simulators to trial the @Gait_Q wearable device that will help improve mobility in patients with #ParkinsonsDisease.
