Injuries are the worse but it makes me feel more grateful for the things I could do now.

To top it off the lecture was about caring for others and thinking of others and how the world has taught us to be selfish and only care for ourselves… the self reflection starts and adds the cherry on top

Feeling emotionally wrecked but how could I not be there for my loved ones to show love and support in their grief

As an empath you feel everything in a level people wouldn’t understand. It’s like I radiate all the emotions and it drains me so deeply. Which is why I distanced myself from people.
