Ukrainian mothers are writing their family contacts on the bodies of their children in case they get killed and the child survives. And Europe is still discussing gas.
⚡️ at £1.54 and 🔥 at £0.97 of emergency remaining, given codes and credits bought and paid for finally applied. We have heating 🙌🏽 and my freezer food is safe. Cutting it close @ScottishPower !!! Now...about this Thursdays top up....🙄
Or you can't! As that's not working either 🤬 Out of cash, nearly out of gas and electric. Freezer full....just waiting for the thaw to begin. This is how low income is treated!
@ruralcambsCAB want to charge for advice and @SP_EnergyPeople not responding to our ebbing fuel issue. @JDjanogly what can you do to help my families impending loss of a full freezer of food and heating?
We've paid, twice, but still no gas or electric. Come on @ScottishPower family of four cooking on a camping stove at the start of half term because raising your prices messed with your system 🤬
Ok fine, but what about the £25 that's left my bank account and not gone onto my smart meter?
No problems before now, coincidence it's happened the day bills rise?
£2 electric isn't going to last the weekend who do we contact outside Mon-Fri hrs? @ScottishPower@SP_EnergyPeople
@SP_EnergyPeople £15 spent at a shop using the app barcode about an hour ago and top-ups are still not being applied.
@ofgem any advice you can give to a family or four that has spent £25 online, £15 in a shop and is about 4 hours away from hitting zero on our smart meter?
