@WalmartCanada Understaffing and bad user experience on your self checkout isn’t innovation. Don’t lock me out and force me to rescan everything because I scanned a recalled item that was still on the shelf. I’ll take my business somewhere that treats me like a customer, not an unpaid employee
The decision by @WalmartCanada to close their checkouts and only have self checkout just permanently cost them my business. Had a full cart mostly checked out when I made the unforgivable sin of scanning a recalled item (that was on the shelf!) and it locked out the terminal 1/2
No one but an unavailable manager could unlock it so they wanted me to rescan everything in my carefully packed bags. Forget that. They want to skimp on staff, they can get stuffed. Abandoned the cart and walked out.
Hey @AskPayPal I cancelled a transaction when I realized you’d defaulted to my bank and I didn’t have the money but you took it all out anyway and over drafted me. It’s not in my account either. Where is my money?!
@Questrade your new interac transfer system seems to have eaten a sizeable sum of my money. It said it was successful but no money has appeared in my account. Where did it go?
@MadelineTraino1 @EvolutionofAnna It's not fun. I have to get a new passport with my current legal name to even begin the process (it's the only foreign ID they'll accept) which will be immediately replaced when everything is done. Plus I need a court order from my birth country to change my name. :(
@MegaZoeT @serialexpjane I was born in the US, so I’m trying to figure out how to do everything so it’ll be reflected on my birth certificate. Probably going to be expensive as well as a giant pain, since I’ll need a court order to change my name ☹️
@EvolutionofAnna I know that feeling. I wish I’d been born here, because the process is fairly easy to change birth certificates, but I was born in another country, which is making things a lot harder than I’d like.
