@flipkartsupport Only resolution was to keep up to delivery timeline. Else provide the refund by canceling the order. Same was denied by your customer care. Automatic replies like these are not going to keep up the reputation.
@flipkartsupport Product was meant to be delivered on Mar 27 as promised by @Flipkart while ordering. If for some reason delivery got delayed, there should be an option for customer to cancel it and go for refund. For some, delivery date is important and reason to select Flipkart for purchase

During the purchase buyers were required to put it into the cart
And the price would be cutout while checking out.
Meanwhile @SamsungIndia website said claims are done from their shop app "For You" section.
If you are giving something for free make the procedure & precise simple.

I don't think it is a "One Man Problem"
An OLA S1 Pro was delivered to me at the Visakhapatnam event today.
It has cracks & dents all over the body. The manager says she will get it repaired before delivery. But repair is not the option. I paid for a new product, not a refurbished product
