“Is racism an issue? Absolutely. Is it something we should work together to eradicate? Absolutely. But am I troubled by the Canucks logo? No way, nope, no way,” said Chief Kelly of the Coast Salish Nation.

Today marks the 6th anniversary of the #Moncton tragedy. Three #RCMP members lost their lives & two were seriously injured in the line of duty. Our thoughts are with the families, our communities & everyone impacted. We will never forget.
To the British Columbians we serve who are standing up to racism, we stand with you. BC‘s police chiefs and agencies pledge to uphold and promote diversity and to oppose racism and hate #DifferentTogether#BCpolicepledge@VancouverPD@CACP_ACCP
June is PTSD Awareness month. Please reach out to those that struggle. They don't choose the way they are. Don't take anything personal. They may shut down. They may let you into their thoughts, but only on their time and that's OK. But please be there for them.
@RookieBlue99 I e been deleting people from my social media without remorse.
Willing to do it to family if need be. My social media is suppose to be fun for me, seeing the attacks isn’t healthy for me.
So, if you were at the protest in Vancouver - you're asked to monitor for #COVID19 symptoms.
"The irony is we may be endangering those we are trying to help with this demonstration...I hope we haven't created too much damage"

Folks we've received our first complaint of the year of a pet left in a hot vehicle. Please don't do this. If a pet is in distress, we'll rescue it and you'll be headed to an auto glass repair shop. Find more info from @BC_SPCA https://t.co/DnywEMHaOy
While commending people for speaking out against racism, the provincial health officer also warned people about the dangers of large gatherings after more than 1,000 people protested against racism and police brutality Sunday at the Vancouver Art Gallery https://t.co/2c1JxgrUIt
Many in media are pushing "don't judge all protesters, by the actions of a few rioters". Yes! All reasonable people can agree, a whole population of folks shouldn't be judged by actions of a few.
Now do the 800,000 officers across this country risking their lives to protect you.
I pledge to treat citizens with respect, to conduct myself in a professional manner, to act free of prejudice, and to use the minimal amount of force necessary to do my job.
I ask my fellow officers to join me. If you can't abide by these basic principles, turn in your badge.
Help us give back //
Everything you enjoy pint of Search and Rescue Pilsner at Mariner throughout June you will be giving $1 to the Coquitlam Search and Rescue.

This is heart wrenching to watch. But I encourage all of my fellow officers to watch it. This is reality.
Watch this. Then do the opposite.
We are not at war with our neighbors.

I'm assuming all the cops on here saying "join in on the protests." and denouncing crowd dispersal techniques haven't taken a bottle or rock to the head recently. I'm all for peaceful protest, and will facilitate it. Take the streets, express your anger, curse at me. That's fine.
