If the Finance Bill is pro Kenyans- then let Parliament sit in Mathare! Let Speaker @HonWetangula take the House to Majengo. Let the cameras roll from Dandora, Kibra, Manyatta, Obunga - from just one slum in Kenya and if it survives the session, maybe it's good for the people.
