Charlotte NC officials confirmed that although ICE agents asked them to transfer this CHILD R*PIST ILLEGAL ALIEN into federal custody...

...THEY REFUSED AND RELEASED HIM!!!!!

Thankfully, he was re-arrested for failing to meet his bond conditions and ICE agents lodge ANOTHER DETAINER on him so he isn't released AGAIN.
