"I love Cholesterol! Do You Know What My Cholesterol Is?"

"Take A Deep Breath...It's 325."
Dr. Alok Chopra, Cardiologist

"Cholesterol Has Become A Swear Word. Everybody Thinks it's Evil, But It Is Essential"

"The Moment Cholesterol Gets To 200, Everybody Gets A Pill"

"Cholesterol is essential for life. 85% of Cholesterol is made by our body & only 15% comes from dietary sources."

"Cholesterol is deeply linked to our immune system. It deactivates bacteria, pathogens, viruses, yeast & mold."

"It controls infections, protecting damage, reducing the chances of AIDS, Alzheimer's, recovery from illness. All of that is done by Cholesterol."

"Cholesterol varies in different times of the day, different seasons, different parts of the year, with winter it increases, with summer it decreases."

"Cholesterol increases after infections, after surgery, dental treatment, even stress increases it. And when we are relaxed then the Cholesterol comes down."

The greatest myth in the field of medicine is that there is a relationship between high cholesterol & heart disease--it does not exist.

There are no benefits to taking a Statin, yes they lower your cholesterol, but they do not lower Cardiovascular Risk or Disease.

There are ONLY risks & adverse events from taking a cholesterol lowering statin...they cause grave harm.

In fact, low Cholesterol is dangerous & is causal for Heart Attack, Cancer & Stroke.

LDL cholesterol below 70 mg/dL causes 3X more brain bleeds known as Hemorrhagic Stroke.

Cholesterol Is Essential, Without It Our Bodies Cannot Make:
Testosterone
Aldosterone
Cortisol
DHT Dihydrotestosterone
DHEA Dehydroepiandrosterone
Estradiol
Estriol
Estrone
Progesterone
Vitamin D

The Benefits Of Total Cholesterol Over 200 mg/dL:
Protects against chemicals, toxins & heavy metals.
Prevents dementia & cognitive decline.
Protects against all cause mortality.
Production of all steroid hormones.
Bone density & Osteoporosis prevention.
Protective against stroke & heart disease.
Important for lungs & airways.
Building block of all cells & mitochondria.
Absorption of Vitamins A, D, E & K.
Critical for digestion & bile acids.
Immune system protection against infections.
Protection against bacteria, pathogens & viruses.
Lowers risk of cancer & death.
Lowers risk of depression & suicide.
Lowers stress, cortisol & anxiety.
Optimal brain is 60% fat & 25% cholesterol.

A low carbohydrate diet prioritizing nutrient dense animal foods, eliminating harmful seed oils, excess sugar, grains, & processed foods provides the best healthy cholesterol profile.

This approach keeps Triglycerides low & HDL high, which is one of the best Biomarkers for Cardiac health. TG/HDL ratio optimally should be 1.5 or less.

Beef & all ruminant meat, Eggs, low mercury wild caught seafood, pastured pork & poultry, tallow, ghee, butter & lard are all superfoods for longevity.

Animal sourced foods & healing saturated fats raise HDL & lower triglycerides to eliminate cardiovascular & atherosclerosis risk.
