Really poor response. Training means nothing if you’re not holding the perpetrators to account when they do wrong. We should have seen big brother warn him about his tone and behaviour and give him a chance to reflect.

"All Housemates receive Respect and Inclusion training and an extensive briefing from the Big Brother Senior team to prepare them for living in the House and to set out Big Brother’s expectations for appropriate behaviour and language.

@flamizza my face daily, use saline nasal spray and also try not to smoke and do other things which cause congestion. Maybe this isn’t what is causing your pain, but it could be worth trying 🫶 . I’m not cured and I still need pain relief at times but much less than before

@yetzirot every supermarket and even smaller shops will sell fresh whole garlic, they will also usually have jarred garlic and minced garlic in tubes, and frozen chopped garlic. I don’t know how you could have missed all of these unless you were in an extremely rural area

@flamizza helps to reduce the inflammation and build up and then reduce the headache(when I do get them). I now focus on things to reduce the inflammation to prevent the pain at all. Sorry if you have tried already and I’m not being helpful
