@wholesomefujos Meaningful change would require a significant attitude change from people as laws are generally downstream from culture. That or sufficient amounts of power deem, and can enforce, a change.

@wholesomefujos Aside from changing laws and regulations the best way to combat these things is teaching how to not enter the money pit. I imagine due to how splintered communities and even families are that these economic traps have so many victims.

@wholesomefujos Credit cards, and loans in general, are good in the sense that they allow you to accelerate a timeline for purchasing. Whether business, school, or whatever. There is legitimate issues with predatory loans, and those too irresponsible to borrow, but that doesn't entirely
