There is absolutely no merit in using social systems to prolong the lives of the "toxic elderly" whom no one—neither through money nor kinship—desires to save. Medical and nursing services should not be easily granted to those who cannot pay their fair share.
It is unacceptable that those who have sacrificed themselves to fulfill their responsibilities toward their business and the upbringing of the next generation are treated the same as the "low-lifes" who have merely consumed social resources.
