@joergelp@openUCE And it is almost imposible to use it If traveler knows only final destination address. Then it doesn't help. It is so easy to put this kind of map on the actual city map and show them both #uce72

A5: we may also conduct a stusy, there we give different tasks to participants and then ask them to think aloud. It can be good way to find new insights #uce72
A4: It should be easy to find and easy understand even for people who are don't know local languge. It is also important to make them in the same style as in another cities. That will make people available to use their prior experience of visiting such places #uce72
A3: but spatial layout od course is very important in airports, all kind of transport where a lot of people not familiar with that place and usually short of time #uce72
A2: Yes, I have. Once I've done simple presentation in Power point about the product and sold it 3 (!) times less than the same product was presented on expensive paper with a work of graphic designer :) #uce72
A1: people tend to spend more in one servicescape (restaurant with expensive interior) comparing, for example, with cheap restaurant. While food quality might be approximately the same #uce72
It is very than important, since we, human beings, sometimes make decisions according to the enviroment where we placed. And the same person can may opposite decisions depending on the the place he/she makes it #uce72
