MARCH 24, 2026: Gov. Abigail Spanberger (D) signs Executive Order 13 with full press coverage. Rejoins ERIC. Promises "transparent, robust voting process." Headlines everywhere.

MAY 19, 2026: Spanberger quietly vetoes HB 111 — the ONE election-administration bill her own Democrat General Assembly sent her.

Her excuse? Removing dead voters from the rolls would create "administrative burdens on grieving family members."

Read that again. Six months into her term, Virginia's Democrat governor is admitting — IN WRITING, in a formal veto statement — that the state has NO reliable automated system to match death records to voter rolls.

If ERIC worked, families wouldn't be doing paperwork. The fact that "burdening grieving families" is the excuse tells you the system is broken.

She also vetoed HB 639 — the bill that would have limited "Zuckbucks" private money flowing into local election offices — claiming the dollar cap wasn't clearly defined. That's a one-line amendment, not a veto-worthy flaw.

Fairfax County has over 800,000 registered voters — the biggest pool in Virginia. Heading into the November 3, 2026 federal midterm with Mark Warner's Senate seat AND three Fairfax-area House seats on the ballot, the cleanup mechanism is stalled and the governor is talking out of both sides of her mouth.

March press conference. May veto. No working system.

Abigail Spanberger's office has released a statement saying they STILL will not honor an ICE detainer against the illegal alien with 30 prior arrests who murdered 41-year-old Stephanie Minter in Fairfax last week.

Instead, they demand that ICE receive a signed judicial warrant before they'll turn him over to the feds. The problem with that is ICE can only get a judicial warrant if an illegal alien is being investigated for or commits a federal crime.

This means that Abigail Spanberger is literally giving illegal aliens permission to commit more violent crimes against Virginians before she will work with the feds to deport them.

Here’s the ballot language for April 21.

I don’t care if you’re Republican, Independent, Democrat, or an all-out communist voter.

Using “fairness” in this question should be an insult to you. Even if you support redistricting, you should have the decency to be honest about what you want, which is that our maps in Virginia actually become much less fair.

It’s bad enough that Democrats in Richmond are trying to take away the voices of 45% of Virginians. It’s even worse that they’re blatantly lying about it - and getting away with it.
