@eBay pls consider adding an “Unanswered” folder to Messages. For sellers handling a high volume of buyer questions, “Unread” isn’t enough. Sometimes a message is read by someone in the team or for context but still needs a reply. A dedicated “Unanswered” tab would help sellers respond faster, reduce missed messages, and improve the buyer experience.
@todoist After 19 years, are these basics really still broken? Honest question. Creating a task with images is shockingly bad: no visible preview/thumbnail of attached files, I can’t paste multiple images into the task. content pasted into the description can show up as a separate comment instead. So the workflow is basically: attach one file, then add the rest one by one as comments, and force everyone viewing the task to dig through them separately. That is unnecessary friction and a genuinely painful UX.
Hey @todoist — how does a task app still not let users attach multiple images to a task at once?
Attaching 48 images one by one is absurd.
Also:
- show all comments inline on the same task view
- show attachment thumbnails inside descriptions/tasks
Your support form allows multi-image upload. Your task app doesn’t. Mind-boggling.
@todoist Why don’t video and image attachments on tasks show thumbnails, previews, or a play button? It makes task view way less usable. Even basic media preview support in list and detail views would help a lot.
Serious question: is your company still in business? Support for both your Tepo Product Options app and Menu app has been a disaster. No one replies on live chat, no one answers tickets for weeks, and your Crisp chat has been broken and not loading for over a week. What is going on? @byqikify
Verizon live chat a month ago: “Service terminated.” Rep confirmed. Equipment returned. Today another rep openly admits “yeah I can see the termination notes” — but they never processed it and kept charging me the whole time. This is NOT incompetence. It’s systematic fraudulent billing. Verizon is quietly stealing hundreds of millions from customers who thought they cancelled.
