The US government, citing national security authorities, has issued an export control directive to suspend all access to Fable 5 and Mythos 5 by any foreign national, whether inside or outside the United States, including foreign national Anthropic employees.
The net effect of this order is that we must abruptly disable Fable 5 and Mythos 5 for all our customers to ensure compliance.
Access to all other Claude models is not affected.
We apologize for this disruption to our customers. We believe this is a misunderstanding and are working to restore access as soon as possible.

Respected @ShashiTharoor Sir,
How many Hindu MLAs & MPs have been elected from Muslim & Christian Majority Constituencies?
Just asking in the interest of Secularism
5% in Gujarat : Dudd electorally
10% in MP : Non significant
15% in UP : Hardly managed with bulldozer
20% in Bihar : Electorally significant, but non violent mostly
25% in Bengal : Election needs Paramilitary
>25% in Kashmir : No elections at all ..
Filing a complaint against that brave woman in Worli is pure arrogance.A citizen stood up and asked questions to Minister Girish Mahajan while his party’s selfish protest choked Mumbai traffic for hours.
Instead of apologising, they’re harassing her?Citizens are the real owners of this country — we have every right to ask questions. Politicians are public servants and must respect citizens’ comfort, not cause trouble to them.
Stop this shameless bullying!

In 2009, I built a company from scratch that grew into a thriving business with US clients. I hired several people from a particular community and gave them stable careers and good salaries.
Instead of gratitude, they constantly bashed Hinduism in the workplace. I defended my faith with knowledge and facts, but my US clients kept shielding them.
After 14 years, in 2023, they ganged up with a major US client and tried to force me to resign from my own company and hand it over to their ringleader. When I refused, they attempted to freeze my company accounts. I fought back legally, unfroze everything, transferred the funds, and fired them all.
But the damage was done. Other employees sided with the ringleader. The US client immediately cut my access to all files and emails and started working directly with him — effectively staging a coup in the company I had built.
The ringleader had even groomed and married a Hindu woman, and had introduced another girl (Sheeba, later revealed as Shraddha) in office parties.
Today, at 50, I have lost the company I created with my own hands.
This is the reality many seculars will never accept — but it is 100% true.
Be careful who you empower in your own house.
After the TCS incident, there would be increased scrutiny over Muslim candidates across the country. Recruiters would double-check the backgrounds of Muslim candidates, maybe sometimes even preferring Hindu candidates over Muslims, just to be on the safe side.
But who is to be blamed for this? The only people responsible for this oncoming prejudice against Muslims are the 7 Muslims arrested for sexual abuse, coercion and forced conversion of Hindus working in TCS.
The fact that so many Muslims were working at an IT firm and had the audacity to run a scandal, doing forced conversions, shows that there is no systemic oppression against Muslims in India.
The victims here are the Hindus. Projecting this incident as some sort of Muslim victimhood is treacherous and gaslighting of the highest order.
Yes, there is Islamophobia, but the reason behind Islamophobia are people like these 7 Muslims who were running this forced conversion scandal at TCS.
I only have 1 sentence to say for all India AI summit events at Bharat Mandapam and all side events in Oberois, Leelas, Tajs, etc
Really bad Signal : Noise ratio.
To host a good event, organizers need to do the following
1) Reduce noise by proper classification/ segregation
2) Increase Signals by multifolds
What that means is that the event catering to a college student, an AI founder, a 2x founder, a VC investor, a proper developer/ vibecode/ vibe engineer, an AI salesperson
CANNOT fundamentally be the same
Organize events in buckets
1) take maths & CS people to different venue
2) put sales and investment folks in different venue
3) Students in completely different venues altogether.
The only way to do better AI events in future is to improve signal : noise ratio
For large models companies like OpenAI, Anthropic, as much as the presence of key person like Sam Altman is good, try invite 20-30-40 people in senior/ mid management, research teams, algo teams, NLP guys, model optimization folks.
Go deep not just wide. Lest you will get thousands of people talking about AI, being cool about AI, but not knowing A of AI.
Had two pieces of good news this week.
The man who cleans our cars asked me for a loan. And our house help of many years told us she might leave next year.
Let me explain why this is good news.
He needed the loan because his son, an engineer, just got a job in Europe. I’ll admit, I was surprised. That surprise says more about my assumptions than about him.
And the lady, her husband has started a food stall. It’s doing so well, they’re hiring someone and planning to open another. And if things go as planned, they’ll start a cloud kitchen together next year.
How can you not be bullish on a country like this?
Governance may disappoint us. Systems may frustrate us.
But the people? The people are relentless. Aspirational. Building quietly.
India’s story won’t be written by ministries. It’ll be written by millions of these small, relentless upgrade cycles.

So many people keep asking me about Continue. What is it? What are you up to? Here you go...
Continue started as a research effort two years ago, with the belief that if the human body is a system, it should also have its leverage points. The simple levers that, when adjusted, could fundamentally alter how we age and live.
Along with a team of initially skeptical researchers, we've been investigating a penny-drop insight about human aging. Something that's been hiding in plain sight for eternity. But more on that in a few weeks. We are at the tail-end of the research on this hypothesis, which if true, could fundamentally change our understanding of biology and aging.
But today isn't about that. It's bigger than that.
Today, we are expanding Continue Research to include a $25 million fund (entirely personally backed) to support researchers across the world who dare to ask simpler questions than anyone else. Who believe biology might be far simpler than we've made it.
For over a decade, I have believed that most of the world’s problems stem from our short human lifespans. Continue Research’s goal is to extend healthy human function long enough that humans stop making short-term decisions.

This will be a multi-decadal journey. Our goal here is to become a small catalyst in humanity's journey of conscious evolution. To lead us into the Post-Darwin era.
