Looks like it’s finally time to uninstall @zomato. After such poor service, all I received was a generic email with no real solution to my issue. Feels like customers’ time and concerns have no value at all. Completely disappointing experience.
Refund was never the main issue. I waited 1+ hour, got misleading updates, was asked to cancel because of your team’s mistake, and the chat was closed when I refused. I already declined the ₹300 compensation because I wanted accountability, not just copy-paste apologies.@zomato
@zomatocare I already tried explaining everything to your support team, but no proper action was taken. That’s exactly why I had to post this on Twitter. I’ll DM the order ID, but I expect an actual solution this time, not just apologies.

Such a bad experience with the airtel. And they give the add of zero problem solution and saying with the tag line AISI AZADI AUR KAHAN. They are only need customer. Not provide solution by the airtel. In Bijnor (U.P) I visited 4 times a day. @airtelindia@Airtel_Presence
