Our Hod has strict instructions to call every senior by name. My jr2 recalls that he has been grounded from OT for 5 days as he kept calling everyone sir sir...😅

Heard in an interview in @DrAditya2935 ‘s yt channel that everyone is on a first name basis in aiims( juniors and seniors) and expected a little camaraderie from seniors in state colleges but this is the reality 😔
