Extremely disappointed with train 22865 (LTT–Puri), scheduled arrival 8:35 AM on 18 April. DELAYED due to diversion & painfully slow movement. No assistance from helpline either. Passengers deserve timely updates to avoid panic. @IRCTCofficial

@airtelindia I have been trying to struggle with your wifi service since a month and it has not been resolved. Worst service ever. How do you expect your customers to continue with you. Kindly look into it or would switch to other network provider.😤😒
