You get to wear up to 6 hats in life:

1. Father
2. Husband
3. Son
4. Brother
5. Friends
6. Operator

I am turning 39 this year. Divorces are spiking like crazy in my friend circles right now.

It was pretty obvious who was gonna get divorced from day 1.

Usually it is the mans fault not the woman (in my circles).

The sole reason is because I have a selection bias and a ton of my friends are founders and they inverse this order of prioritization.

Greed and envy overwhelms them => they want to have $$$ before starting a family => they want to be a unicorn => bla bla bla bla - ego completely dominates - they can only identify as a founder and neglect the other hats they are supposed to wear.

It is impossible to wear all 6 hats at the same time, but if you're ever have to choose where to invest your energy - naturally do it in the order above.

No-one will give a shit about you a 100 years after your die - time is fleeting and you can't take your money with you to your grave

(Writing this as a man, as its the only thing I can relate to as a man, please do not cancel me for not using all gender pronouns).
