This is what I want https://t.co/hZNivo1Hpa to become:
A product where the best demo is the product itself.
Still early, still improving — but that’s the direction.
@levelsio same for me, and I’ve tested a lot of combinations.
warm shower before bed, cold plunge first thing in the morning that’s the pairing that works best for me.
cold plunge or sauna close to bedtime wrecks my sleep quality every time. seems like timing matters more than temperature.
there might be a simpler version of this - the same AI that made everyone busy also made every small tool trivially cloneable.
harder to hold onto revenue when your product is a weekend build for anyone who wants it.
not sure that's a distraction problem so much as a moat problem.
@victor_bigfield makes me wonder if the sequence should be reversed pick the channel you already have access to and then find an idea that fits it.
I did it the other way with my current project and I’m paying for it now.
I didn't build the product first.
I put up a landing page that said "We will build a scrollytelling page for you." No product behind it. Just a form.
People started submitting.
That was my signal. Launched March 30.
Here's Search Console since:
5.19K clicks · 91K impressions · pos 8.7
The flat line is the landing page.
playing around with my own project tonight. one webpage: starts at the edge of the observable universe, ends inside a quark. I keep scrolling it instead of working
https://t.co/OyzBsUEXEs - worth investigation, they have "subproducts" warmforge, mailforge, infraforge
I was using them for a while, but canceled - the main reason - my outreach email lists I have are mostly not "company emails" but private gmail accounts and etc. and it's almost imposible to reach anything than spam folder for such recipients. If your lists most of emails are "company" ones, worth a try - they have good support (btw this issue with private emails was confimed by their support), and easy to use dashboard.
For me, as side hustler for 18+ years, with many failures and some successes , most of the parts feels like I wrote it :) so many situations exactly the same as my own internal discussions with myself I’ve had and still having, all that stuff with office gold cage, monents in restaurant when you’re unable even to order anything because got angry customer message, all pivots when you build something “right” this time, because now you “know the rules of the game” etc. :D please don’t stop writing! :)
@marclou Damn, I just came back to say thank you for pointing this out. I saw your post yesterday, decided to read the first book, and now I’m already on book six and can’t stop. What a journey. @alexwestco writing style is so relatable. Thank you for the recommendation!
Hey Tim, I know it’s been a while since you posted this, but I just stumbled across it now and checked it out.
For this keyword, I’m seeing Pally as the 4th organic result, with paid positions above it.
Google results are personalized per user, so it may vary. It’s also possible the ranking improved over time since your original post.
@KhalifKairo Vibe coding loves you back instantly.
Marketing makes you earn every scrap of validation.
That's the whole reason founders hide in their codebase instead of selling...
and the underrated part is that this advantage compounds as every human call feeds the system, so the gap between "AI + experts" and "AI alone" widens over time instead of closing. Wrappers plateaum - a real human feedback loop keeps pulling ahead. That's exactly why the trajectory looks nothing like a fad.
