Liam case update ‼️‼️

Still no trial progress — courts keep disputing jurisdiction. The Superior Court of Justice of Buenos Aires will decide who handles the case.

This new delay is nothing but a tactic. They think that by tossing the case around we’ll lose interest or stop demanding justice. But guess what? We’re not going anywhere. We stand with Liam and his family. Don’t be surprised if Rogelio uses his influence to keep Court No. 30 from taking it.

Argentina, this is a shame. Our best chance is to keep raising our voices and push for the investigation to move forward in the UK.

I can’t seem to find the right words to explain everything I’m feeling. I don’t even know what I’m feeling. I just want the feelings to stop.

Birthdays are meant for celebration… you were meant to be 32 today. Everything was supposed to be fine, so why isn’t it? Why are we here trying our best to write a “Happy Birthday” when you’re already in heaven? Why did it all have to happen this way?

Update on Liam’s case ‼️‼️‼️

📌 Context of the document

The case belongs to the Court of First Instance in Criminal, Misdemeanor and Offenses No. 15 of Buenos Aires City, and it involves the defendants Ezequiel David Pereyra and Brian Nahuel Paiz, connected to Liam’s death. It also mentions Rogelio Luis Nores, whose dismissal is still under discussion.

LIAM CASE UPDATE ‼️‼️

Argentine authorities are analyzing electronic devices, including the iPhone of Rogelio Nores in an effort to clarify the circumstances surrounding Liam’s death. Prosecutors have requested the examination of messages, images, and social media activity to determine whether there was involuntary manslaughter or drug involvement.

The contents of a MacBook Pro belonging to Nores’ girlfriend will also be analyzed, though its data remains unknown at this stage.

February had originally been marked on the judicial calendar for the analysis to take place, but the procedure was suspended due to a court order.

“The investigation seeks to determine whether there was involuntary manslaughter or drug supply involved, which is why all digital evidence is considered essential,” sources close to the case stated.

Rogelio Nores, who was initially indicted, was later dismissed from the case, although the investigation remains OPEN DUE TO A PENDING APPEAL.

Justice has decided to retain the iPhone 16 belonging to Rogelio Nores, in order to analyze its contents — which remain unexamined ten months after Liam’s death in Buenos Aires. Nores was cleared of any charges related to Liam’s death, but the prosecution is still requesting a forensic analysis of his phone and the computer of his girlfriend, Lourdes Miranda Caballero, as part of the investigation. Additionally, Liam’s MacBook Pro — which he used just hours before his passing — has yet to be analyzed.
