@KillenMd This is a great example of a customer experience (CX) problem. Lack of transparency and communication made patient feel forgotten and not receiving what they needed. The med professionals should ask how might we help the patient understand what's going on with their care?

@trentjhughes Before I left my W-2 job two months ago to start my business, I had HDHP with HSA. When I left, I did COBRA at $900/month (just for me.) COBRA premiums can be paid via HSA funds so my HSA savings will cover a year of premiums. I'll go through ACA Marketplace during OE 2025.

@krealdesign @gleb_sexy Talking with the dev teams. Annotating files for developers. Referencing specs during UI reviews and QA. Compare sections of one page or product to another. Many reasons to use it, depending on workflows and teams.

@gleb_sexy Just because you never use it doesn't mean other people don't. A good UX designer would know that they need to design for both novice and expert users. Its position is debatable, sure, but it existing is not IMO.
