many benefit systems. You don’t understand how fraud works. Gov runs payments in batch files. They all get paid or the whole batch has to held. That would delay payments. So they let it pay.

@LunarNebulae @Lemonade_Inc Said it was a pre existing condition. He had anemia. Treated and recovered from a blood parasite. Then 2 month later got anemia again. This time auto immune disorder. But since it was anemia no matter the cause it was considered pre existing. My cat died.

Add those cost in of carrying someone not paying for 30 days before you can start the process. Your government is doing this to you not the landlord.

@GovofCO What about landlords. Us little folks that spent years saving and sacrificing to buy a few properties to help us in retirement. You double our taxes, our insurance goes through the roof and now you tell us we can’t start the eviction process for 30 days. Who covers our bills?
