@AzureSupport didn't have the time to check resource health, i fixed by stopping the WebApp, waiting some minutes to unlock the "start" option and starting again. The "restart" option didn't work before this, nor republishing the WebApp. Thank you!

@azuresupport #azTechHelp my company webapp just died after a remote debug session. Event viewer is full of:

Msvsmon was unable to start a server named '127.0.0.1:53130'. <...> An instance of the remote debugger is already running on this computer<...>

How to fix this?

@BungaBungaUSA @TempePolice other sensor should have noticed the woman way before the normal camera. Those cars don't rely on normal cameras, they can teorically drive in 100% light absence

80% Sensor failed. (they should NOT fail)
20% Pedestrian was reckless. (people are not perfect, they often do stupid things)
0% stand-by driver was not paying attention (if i have to pay attention i get a normal car)
