NSLSC and #osap are a fucking joke this year. not only are the grants less than minimal, i’ve been waiting to get my osap funding since school started, and looks like i’ll be waiting until the 16th or more and my school will charge me $150 for late fee!

@SarahJonasson I was wondering about that too! my application didn’t change in terms of the money going directly to my school! i checked today and they moved it back again to the 17th. i’m already bracing for all my schools late fees. This is horrible.

@SarahJonasson that is so disgusting i am in shock. and yes that is my situation, i was in a program last year and hated it so i took a break second semester and i’m back doing a different program. I was in repayment over the summer. If thats true then ontario is fucked.

soo i’m a college student and last year I recieved $3000 (per semester)from #OSAP of which $2000 was grants, to pay for my tuition. Now thanks to @fordnation, this september, i am receiving $4000 ($2000 per semester), of which $200 ($100 each semester) is GRANTS.

and while this is enough to cover my tuition, HOW did I go from almost all grant, to BARELY any grants @fordnation ?? I’m having to rethink my entire post secondary education because I don’t know if I’m going to be able to afford all this fucking debt.
