@grassrootsrefJa @henrywinter I’m not ‘wrong’. I don’t want VAR, so the statistics are irrelevant. I find top flight football less enjoyable to watch since VAR and no amount of improvement in error rate will affect that. Other people can have other opinions.

@grassrootsrefJa @henrywinter I am absolutely basing this on feelings. The watched experience is what matters to fans and if you feel that var is not improving things then that’s what you feel. My view is simple in that I’ve always been 100% anti-VAR, and nothing that’s occurred since intro has changed that

@grassrootsrefJa @henrywinter I’ve always been comfortable with (honest) mistakes being made. I think even if fewer errors are in fact being now made (which I doubt), it’s not sufficiently many to justify the delays and confusion that we have to endure.

@henrywinter VAR should be scrapped though. Adds nothing to anyone’s enjoyment of the game and exacerbates frustration when the delay still leads to a ‘wrong’ decision.
