Orbán’s Family Flees Hungary and Sells Off Assets.

The family of former Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán is reportedly relocating abroad and selling off its assets in Hungary.

According to Polish radio station RMF24, citing an investigation by VSquare, Orbán’s daughter Ráhel, her husband István Tiborcz, and their children have settled in London after a brief stay in the United States.

The family reportedly lives in London's Covent Garden district, and their children have already enrolled in private British schools.

Sources link the move to changes in the political situation in the United States and the weakening position of President Donald Trump, a longtime ally of Viktor Orbán.

According to these reports, Orbán's relatives no longer considered the United States sufficiently safe and chose London, where they could more conveniently manage their remaining business interests.

Meanwhile, properties and other assets connected to the family are reportedly being sold in Hungary.

A source close to the couple claims they are trying to minimize their remaining assets in the country.

The family's departure has also reportedly raised concerns among Hungarian business elites associated with the former government.

According to the investigation, some have switched to American phone numbers out of fear of potential surveillance using Pegasus spyware.

BREAKING: BOMBSHELL! New report shows Trump intervened to shut down the Epstein probe and Kash Patel’s FBI is helping cover it up!

In a stunning revelation, newly released emails show that Trump's deputy chief of staff was PERSONALLY INVOLVED in preparing the FBI's infamous memo declaring there was no Epstein “client list,” no evidence warranting investigations of additional suspects, and no reason to release more files.

And when the emails were finally made public, the FBI had BLACKED OUT the five lines containing the White House's suggested edits!

According to explosive new reporting from Raw Story, Taylor Budowich, then Trump's deputy chief of staff, emailed FBI Director Kash Patel two weeks before the July 2025 memo was released.

“Have something I can edit?” Budowich asked.

“Just got it from [the] DOJ. Here you go. Thanks,” Patel replied.
The following week, Budowich emailed Patel and then-Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche with “Some suggested edits.”

What did Trump's White House want changed in the memo that effectively shut down the Epstein investigation? We don't know. The FBI REDACTED the suggestions before releasing the correspondence.

But we DO know that Budowich shared the draft with the White House communications team and then demanded that the Justice Department put its official letterhead on the document before it went to reporters.

“I need a version on letterhead,” Budowich insisted. “Someone needs to own this. I can't give a doc to a reporter that could easily be confused with a [school] term paper.”

Someone needs to own this! Indeed …

Apparently, the White House was perfectly comfortable helping prepare the memo, but wanted the Justice Department's name prominently attached when the public saw it.

And remember: This all happened AFTER Trump had been briefed that his own name appeared in the Epstein files. The memo subsequently told Americans there was no basis for further investigation or disclosure.

“These records show that Kash Patel worked hand-in-hand with the former White House deputy chief of staff,” said Chris Swartz of the Democracy Defenders Fund, which obtained the emails through a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit.

Rep. Madeleine Dean called the memo's claims “bogus” and accused Trump's team of trying to protect the president and his political allies.

The White House declined to explain what Budowich wanted changed. Instead, a spokesperson regurgitated the talking point that Trump had been “totally exonerated” in the Epstein matter, although no such formal exoneration has occurred.

We still don't know whether Budowich's edits were accepted or what those five redacted lines said. But Americans now know that Trump's White House was helping shape the official memo that told them to stop looking for answers about Jeffrey Epstein.

Trump campaigned and won the election in 2024 based in part on his pledge to release the Epstein files. Yet once in office, his White House helped prepare the very memo declaring that Americans had seen enough.

And when the public finally obtained the emails documenting that involvement, the White House's proposed changes were concealed behind FBI redactions.

That is a betrayal of the transparency Trump promised his own voters. These emails expose the White House meddling in a decision that was presented as the judgment of federal investigators, dare we say covering up the crimes of the President of the United States.

Procurorii DIICOT au făcut din vizita lui încă un dosar penal pentru fostul candidat, iar luni îl vor folosi ca argument forte pentru ca Georgescu să mai stea o lună în Arestul Central.

Ca să înțelegem cererea, trebuie să facem inventarul. Vila a rămas sub sechestru, conturile la fel, actele și aparatura electronică au plecat odată cu percheziția, iar în pereți funcționează, după mărturisirea anchetatorilor, tehnica de supraveghere dispusă în septembrie. DIICOT și-a amenajat la Mogoșoaia un studio de înregistrări complet utilat. Acum insistă ca protagonistul să fie filmat în altă sală, cu gratii la geam și dubă la intrare.

Judecătorii au fost mai puțin entuziaști. De două ori la rând, cei doi magistrați ai Curții de Apel nu s-au putut înțelege, iar decizia a căzut pe umerii unui al treilea. Ieri, judecătoarea Andreea Ionescu a înclinat balanța spre procurori, după ce Vlad Andriescu, de la Tribunal, alesese de două ori o măsură mai blândă. Toți patru au fost de acord că Georgescu trebuie să rămână privat de libertate. S-au certat doar dacă să stea acasă sau după gratii.

Rămâne întrebarea pe care DIICOT o ocolește cu grijă. Ce câștigă ancheta din celulă, față de o casă în care aude tot? Codul de procedură penală spune că arestul preventiv reprezintă o excepție și îl leagă de trei temeiuri. Riscul de fugă a fost justificat prin discuțiile despre Italia și azil, iar Andriescu a observat că omul s-a întors în țară și s-a prezentat la fiecare chemare (deși avea deja două dosare pe cap). Pericolul pentru ordinea publică vine din fapte vechi, fără violență, pe care judecătorul le-a pus lângă jurisprudența Curții Constituționale, potrivit căreia asemenea pericole se sting cu timpul. Obstrucționarea lipsea din motivarea din septembrie. A apărut odată cu detectorul lui Zamfir.

Încadrarea faptei în Codul penal vorbește de la sine. Procurorii au ales articole din capitolul criminalității informatice, adică operațiuni ilegale cu dispozitive informatice și tentativă de alterare a datelor. Sunt infracțiuni gândite pentru un hacker care sparge serverele unei bănci. Chiar ei admit că încercarea lui Georgescu n-a dus nicăieri. Acuzația nu are precedent în justiția română, iar dacă vrei un termen de comparație trebuie să mergi până în Italia. Acolo, magistrații au tras o linie simplă. Au condamnat omul care a găsit și a scos microfoanele poliției. L-au achitat pe cel care doar a căutat, cu motivarea că o simplă verificare nu dovedește intenția de a încurca ancheta. După versiunea anunțată chiar de DIICOT, Georgescu ar trebui achitat. (...)
