Since everyone talking about HyperEVM, this is my current outlook and what I hold.

1. egg-3:native - Jeff himself said just buy eggs with your shitcoins. It is really simple, good narra, and has already been shilled by Ansem and many other people. A lot of good memes on @EggOnHyper I really think this can go.

2. $CHAMELEON - Jeff literally has Chameleon in his X @, and $HYPE was originally called Chameleon Trading. Really good lore, it's an animal, people like it.

3.$ALT - @altdotfun , it is a launchpad where you can launch coins backer by HL perps. Posted earlier today that they did $20M volume in 24H, and have a buy & burn system where almost 25M tokens have already been burnt. This is like stonkfun but better imo, as HL is a perps platform and you launch backed by perps.

4.$HYPURR - @Hypurr posted the cat yesterday and cat narratives are really big rn. Although $PURR is almost at $90M mc and has a lot of big HL whales in it, I think Hypurr has more upside at just 350k mc already hitting over 1.5M mc yesterday.

5. $.HL - Name is hyperliquid cult, only at 120k mc. I think this can definitely go as HL coins run and people bid the cult. It is very simple.

You are not able to buy HyperEVM coins in many places, especially when FOMO eventually allows trading these pairs on the app a lot more liquidity will be injected and will bring a lot more eyes, then it will be a snowball effect. Even though some coins are up insanely over the last 2 days, I still think we are earlier. HL is one of the biggest names in crypto right now, Trump is pushing for it to be legal in the US, and it is currently at all-time highs.

Interested to see what brews in the coming days for HyperEVM.

now let’s talk about how to actually get the job fast

having the right skill set and knowing where to apply is one part of the puzzle but getting the gig is another

step 2: practical steps to get a web3 job (secret)

-> cold DMs: this is the art of sending your proposal directly to your potential employer

when you find companies that are hiring, don’t stop at applying through the job boards

this is why many people never land a job, because they get many applications each day and sometimes really on bots to filter

-> Do this: search for the project on X, identify their teams members, follow them, join their discord (if any), start pitching yourself strategically

identify their problem and propose a solution you can provide

make it short, don’t write a wall of text, writing some catchy first few lines will ensure your dm doesn’t get ignored

your cold DMs should be focused on getting their attention to respond, you can do this by letting them know you understand what they need

points out the problem > then propose a solution

always aim for brief, short and concise writing

keep it as short as 3 paragraphs, this is the magic number that has proven to work best for me

step 3: POW - proof of work

build a professional resume for yourself, this will help you stand out and showcase your skills

use Canva or Claude to generate a good looking resume

convert your resume to a portfolio website using AI and add the link on your bio to make it easy for potential employers

your X profile is also your biggest POW, share what you’re doing, your work, clients testimonials, add them to your highlight

be your biggest shiller - close mouths don’t get feed

step 4: Mindset

landing a web3 job is a numbers game, the more you apply, the higher your chances of success

do quite after applying for a short period, some people takes days before checking their DMs

if you want to get results, you must be persistent, remember you’re not the only one

if you send only 10 cold DMs a day
x7 (one week) = 70
x30 (one month) = 300

it will be close to impossible to apply to 300 just and not receive feedbacks
