Pag na-cancel ang COC ni BBM, si Leni ang mapo-proclaim na president, automatic hindi si BBM considered as candidate. Pag na-disqualify naman, kung nangyari ang DQ before or at the time of filing COC, si Leni pa rin ang president, not Sara. The rule of succession does not apply.
