@SouthwestAir @BWI_Airport JUST got to the gate, after landing 1hr and 40min ago. Unacceptable when another SW flight came from the same place, landed an hour after flight 477 and got to a gate first.

@SouthwestAir my MIL has been sitting on a plane at @BWI_Airport for over an hour after it landed. No movement to a gate. The SW app kust keeps changing the "landed time". Other SW flights are landing and getting a gate. What is going on!?
