ICE say he was deported back to Guatemala in June 2018 after being in the US illegally for six days. They don’t know how or when he returned. ICE officials says they’re working with the NYPD and the courts as the judicial process plays out.

He alleged set a woman sleeping on a F train yesterday morning.

He faces murder in the first and second degree and arson in the first degree.

A woman is dead after being set on fire on the F train earlier this morning at the Coney Island Station. Police confirm this was a homicide. A $10,000 reward is now being offered to find this man.

Statement from MTA Chief Security Officer Michael Kemper:

“We have images of the perpetrator and are working closely with NYPD investigators to track him down and arrest him for this senseless and horrific crime.”

The MTA says:
-There is no F service in either direction between Coney Island-Stillwell Av and either Church Av or Kings Hwy.
-The last stop on southbound F trains will be either Kings Hwy or Church Av where they will turn back for northbound service.

Police confirm this is being investigated as a homicide. This is the man they are looking for. He is described as a male, 5’6” tall, 150 lbs., and approximately 25-30 years old.

The NYPD is offering a 10,000 dollar reward.
