The Gospel isn’t about self-improvement.
It’s about divine rescue.
Romans 5:8 is still breathtaking.
While we were still sinners…
Christ died for us.
Not after we changed.
While we were powerless.
That is grace.
The greatest obstacle between you and Jesus may not be your sin…
It may be your confidence that you can fix yourself.
Grace begins where self-sufficiency ends.
What if one of the most popular “Bible verses” isn’t in the Bible at all?
“God helps those who help themselves.”
It sounds spiritual.
It sounds motivational.
But it isn’t the Gospel.
The Gospel says God helps people who have reached the end of themselves.
Sometimes God changes your circumstances.
Sometimes He changes you for the better through the circumstances
If it came down to it, which would you choose?
About Paul’s Thorn:
What if the thing you’ve been asking God to remove is the very thing He’s using to transform you?
Weakness isn’t where God’s work ends.
It’s where His power begins.
Grace Is Enough
Scripture: 2 Corinthians 12:9
Grace isn’t merely forgiveness.
Grace is God’s sustaining power for today.
When strength runs out…
Grace keeps going.
Prayer:
Jesus, remind me that Your grace is sufficient for today.
