@SerialInvestor8 And haven't got financing over the line for 4 years, but directors are happy to keep diluting as long as they get their six figure salaries.
@Phoenix_Copper Probably need financing first. The market is not convinced. Not surprising as the legal requirement for NIU to provide funding, according to your CFO, has passed months ago. Maybe you should update your long suffering shareholders.
@MarKluft I'm not the CEO of a company, that has to abide by market rules. You are though you just don't seem to be very good at it. You've done amazingly well to start an eye tracking company and get it to where it is now. But a good entrepreneur doesn't always make a good CEO.
@MarKluft It's about your credibility and trust worthiness. If you can break an official agreement, what other agreements will you break. Why should we believe anything you say?
@MarKluft It's a commitment in an official document released to the market. Nowhere does it say you are allowed to with permission from Carnegie bank. If I had purchased shares at 91sek and your illegal sale has caused a 9% drop in the shareprice I'd be furious.
@MarKluft With the last fundraise you committed to not sell more than 5% of your holding within 360 days. You have sold more than that between this sale and the one in November. Looks like a clear breach of rules to me.
@VodafoneUK extremely poor customer service from Vodafone about to lose a customer of 20 plus years. Online complaints and chat agents are misleading and not helpful. No wonder the share price has gone down over the last 10 years.
@elevenshares#pxc are going into production next year and the directors are ademant that this will be via debt funding and they won't issue more shares. At current metal prices the debt can be repaid in about a year and then it will have sufficient cashflow to invest in their other projects.
@BlogShrey Possibly mining permit delays or even worse it doesn't go through. I highly doubt it, but it's a small risk. I expect this to jump up once permission is granted.
